Welcome Spring Sound Meditation in the beautiful Yogasthan space at Dancing Shiva

Join me for a supportive and healing sound meditation in the beautiful event space at Dancing Shiva in Earth Haven Ecovillage. In celebration of Spring we will gather at Yogasthan where we will create a healing container in which we will balance the energy systems, support the nervous system and drop into a deeply relaxed and nourishing space for healing. Gongs, singing bowls, Native American flute, chimes, drums and more will be used.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket or anything you need to feel comfortable during the meditation.

An email will be sent following registration containing specific directions for the venue. Parking is limited. Please carpool or walk to the event if possible.
